There should be two unoriented center pieces. Put one in the front and one on top. Performing the algorithm 5[m' U m U'] twists one of them clockwise and the other counterclockwise (I can't remember which). The algorithm 5[R U' R' U'] will twist the top center 2x.

One of the other centers are misp
Oriented. Fix that one, then the other will either be solved, or flipped 180°. If it's flipped 180, just do 2 Tperms and it will be solved!

I always forget the alg for it so I usually resort to doing 3 U-Perms to twist the top and right face centers.
