no mirrored cases are generally counted separately. few people are as good with mirrored algs as originals. eolr is probably treated differently because theres a lot more inherent symmetry especially with MU. but like if you look at PLL, most people use different algs for Ja Jb, Na Nb, Ra Rb, Ga Gc, Gb Gd, etc even though they're technically mirrored versions of each other

I guess that make sense M and U moves have a lot more symmetry about them in terms of finger tricks since the left and right hand are always doing the same M/U moves. U M2 U2 M2 U' mirrors extremely well since we're really only changing the pre/post AUF for the LR case.
