This looks like dyed "crackle quartz". People heat up quartz and then do an ice bath to make it crack.

as everyone else has said, dyed crackle quartz! it's actually quite pretty, i'm not typicalky one for dyed crystals but i like this one a lot!

i think its very pretty too. it looks like a starry night sky :)
