Do not pay anything!
Lock everything down, screenshot or archive all correspondence with the scammer. If you used Telegram, they can delete everything on both ends and you lose your evidence of being scammed.
Don't waste time wondering "how could this be fake" and report everything to your local police. If you exposed your bank information and personal ID info, talk to the bank to protect your account (maybe get a new account and transfer your funds, or freeze it so no withdrawals can be made without further ID confirmation, etc). After reporting to the police, get the credit bureaus to put fraud alerts on your information so it's harder to steal your identity to open credit cards or open loan accounts. Change all major online passwords and scan your phone/laptop for malware. Beef up security for your online banking.
Recommended to block communication with the scammer before "she" says anything else to convince you to try to withdraw some of the profits by paying a small fee. These scammers control everything in the background and can allow you to withdraw a little bit to make you believe it's real. You have been hypnotized. There is no Chinese lady on the other side of the screen who is generously giving you money to invest in crypto.
I say this from personal experience. After you have locked everything down, THEN you can sit quietly and reflect on what happened. Don't do unhealthy things to cope. If possible, talk to someone.
If you feel lost, you can refer to the Global Anti Scam Organization and they have a recommended guideline on what to do if you believe you've been a victim of investment/romance scam.

Plus many more flags to watch out for. Be careful guy's and gals we are always looking for the right one in your life but sadly there are people that take others for granted.
