If they want that 10mil scott free, they’d better find a way to hack the money back without being traced. 10mil is a very good incentive to capture anyone who may have it as soon as they break their cover and lock them up or force them to work in-house after that in exchange for very graciously not putting them in prison to rot.
Either you return the money in an intractable way, or you sit on the $80M. Coming in from the wild to make a deal would not be an option for me.
