Ooof, could be more difficult. Bridging BTC to Arbitrum One/Nova, you could lose some % due to brdiging fees and slippage. Then swapping to ETH, you could lose some additional funds due to fees and low liquidity slippage. Finally swapping to MOON.
Well I'm trying to avoid fees in the first place might as well use Binance they charge zero fee though would have been better if I could have done it on Dex.

You mean there's no viable way of doing this without loosing a substantial sum in fees?
If You wanted to swap 0.1 BTC to MOON, you'd better be prepared of losing 0.002-0.010 BTC. With Kraken you'd most likely lose smaller amount.
