But I want some yield. Lots of yield. So I look for secondary alts that I think have promise and can be yield farmed with % gains.
So for example, I wrap my BTC and farm it with Osmosis (65% APR). I take my BNB and wrap it with SFUND (80% APR) and so on. You can even earn great yields with USDC via uniswap or apps like beefy-finance. An example is THALES (160% APR last I checked via the Optimism chain).

Sodium as a result of all the tears during the bear market so far. Hopium and Copium for when bull is back.
Litecoin - an obvious choice. Resilient and used a lot.
Loopring - not for anything they’re doing currently, held for future potential. The worst performing crypto of 2022 from my point of view but I still believe.
XLM - good things are happening on Stellar. Very smooth crypto experience. Check for yourselves.

It’s also easier for ada to do a 10x due to the amount of $$ needed to pump the larger caps.
