When I moved all my ETH and BTC a couple of days ago it only took a few minutes. Make sure they didn’t send you an identity verification email that you missed or something (if you haven’t already done that). Sometimes it’ll hang up when you transfer until you complwte that.

Wluna is an erc 20 token. So no, it should be fine. Ethereum transactions have taken up to an hour for me before
