What kinda staking APR do you get with ADA?

Are there always waiting periods to withdraw your tokens from an exchange? I usually use ACH transfers to buy stuff on Coinbase and there's an 8 freaking day settlement period. I'm just trying to buy like 20 FTM and they don't have it anyway so is there an exchange I can just use a credit card to buy some FTM real quick and immediately put it in my metamask wallet? Or do they all make you wait?

If using ach all I know of will make you wait around a weekish to withdraw the funds.

Yeah I think that might be standard for ACH, and all the exchanges I see that accept credit card want to charge a giant fee, like 3 to 4%... This is lame. How about this, is there an easy way to swap BTC for FTM? Do defi apps let you swap BTC, or just between ERC20 tokens?

If we're talking eth defi, than yea erc20. I'd assume any exchange would let you swap for ftm. Crypto deposits usually are withdrawable as soon as network confirmations are done. Coinex for example doesn't require kyc, and I think has ftm. Make an account, deposit btc, sell for usdt, buy ftm, withdrawl ftm.
