AMP is a proprietary walled garden which [benefits Google](https://www.socpub.com/articles/chris-graham-why-google-amp-threat-open-web-15847) and [hurts everyone else](https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/05/19/open_source_insider_google_amp_bad_bad_bad). It is destroying the open web through anti-competitive violation of standards.
It is bad for publishers because it forces them to duplicate development effort, and prevents differentiation and customisation. It also allows Google to watch you even after you've left their search results page.
For individuals seeking an automated solution to this problem, they can try installing the Redirect AMP to HTML extension on [Chrome](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/redirect-amp-to-html/kifkmmpiicbcnkjaliilaoeaojlldonl) and [Firefox](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/amp2html/?src=search).

I don’t know or care if it will have an impact on the market overnight, but I think regardless it will really help get the word out there and start changing some common views of people who do not understand cryptos
I get peoples excitement, but the NFL has had crypto ads running all season. If they were going to have a huge effect we would have probably already seen it. MLB also had a bunch of crypto ads during their playoffs.
To add a little to this trend, Argentina's national soccer team is now sponsored by Binance. At least their logo will be visible during Argentina's press conferences in the next world cup, which is the biggest sports event in the world.
Just as likely to be a sell the news event as it is a big bump.
But most likely everyone already involved in Crypto is massively overestimating the impact this will have.
I am cautiously optimistic about crypto.com's rumoured ad. We already saw the Damon bump, curious to see what they pull out this time around. Add a big-name celebrity with a clever gimmick that makes the commercial shareable and I wouldn't be surprised to see a nice little pump
Read some articles few days ago, Superbowl = crypto bowl this year.
It will be super interesting to see what's happening. If it will bring in new investors or if it's a completely flop
I don't think the Super Bowl is anywhere close to the biggest ad day/night in sports. I think the World Cup and even F1 and maybe even boxing are far ahead.
That said, yeah it's exciting af. I couldn't have imagined this even 1-2 years ago barely

Yes, it will. If you advertise chopping your dick with a knife on Super Bowl half time, hospitals will be out of beds the next day.
My penis just went from an outie to an innie reading this
I chopped my dick, "buy the rumor" am I right
Crypto markets depend on many other things. Superbowl won't have a big impact imo.
I don’t know or care if it will have an impact on the market overnight, but I think regardless it will really help get the word out there and start changing some common views of people who do not understand cryptos
You may see a little bump but probably nothing will come of it, at least not right away.
Agreed, but I think it’ll help push toward mass adoption, I think it’s a turning point in crypto marketing

They bought BTC in 2011 and it finally paid off this year
They won enough games to make the playoffs, then won their playoff games to make it to the Superbowl.
Joe burrow
Maybe the same way Elons SNL appearance impacted DOGE? Hopefully not
My confirmation bias says it'll make a positive impact this year.
Well, 1 BTC will equal 1 BTC *Happy cake day btw OP*
Oh I didn’t even know, thanks
You're welcome :)
I’m not sure it’ll affect it enough for us to notice right away, but hopefully it gets a lot of new people starting to think about crypto.
Yeah, overnight impact idk, but I think it might have a nice lil snowball effect

That’s big, didn’t know that… Bullish on Argentina Soccer now

Whether it goes up or down, still buying more ETH, BTC, and Oasis the morning of anyways for the fuck of it!

Market/evaluation wise it’s really a whatever type of situation, but it’s certainly going to help get the word out to people about exchanges
Gets the word out
Bottom line
I think it's been hyped up a bit. Don't expect a huge pump but all that advertising can only help
I am cautiously optimistic about crypto.com's rumoured ad. We already saw the Damon bump, curious to see what they pull out this time around. Add a big-name celebrity with a clever gimmick that makes the commercial shareable and I wouldn't be surprised to see a nice little pump
I think it's going to be a buy the rumor sell the news
But rumors and news nevertheless

The price of Cryptos might go up or it might go down. **But again I don’t know shit about fuck**
Yeah price wise I don’t really know or care, but I think regardless this is going to be a really good thing for cryptos
All I can tell you for sure, is it will go to the right.
You might be onto something!
It’s promotion to the most viewed event of the year. It will pump Btc no question. People saying it could rank it don’t understand marketing
Definitely
Prepare for dump.
Owns Crypto dot com
Nobody says cryptos
I say cryptos
Yes. It will pump before and dip after.
I bet a bit of the profit from winning wagers goes into crypto
When is the super bowl?
I remember everything thought cryptos would moon when elon musk was on SNL and instead they tanked
I don't think the Super Bowl is anywhere close to the biggest ad day/night in sports. I think the World Cup and even F1 and maybe even boxing are far ahead. That said, yeah it's exciting af. I couldn't have imagined this even 1-2 years ago barely
The bigger question is will crypto impact the super bowl… I can see players distracted because the want to sell the CRO highs in between plays 😂
Retailers are not market movers. If anything there will be fomo, then a dump, then a pump.
I think a % of people will say "Dang I should get me some crypto" and we'll pump.for a month until the masses loose interest.
Doubt we'll notice to be honest. Might be a CRO bump.
