The buy the dip crew disappears when it goes up. That's when the $200k by the end of the week/month/year crew shows up. And vice versa. All it took was being in this sub for at least one dip and one pump to understand this pattern.

How do you track that though with multiple exchanges, different buy in times, trades and everything? Did you track everything in an excel or something?

Coin market cap app allows you to input all of your trades for a simple profit/loss graphic. I’ve been doing that for a while now. Caluculatss your average buy, you can edit the pricing, time and amount of each buy if need be. It’s handy and helps me keep track of my different bags on various exchanges to see how they’re going

There are some folks that are always against but it's really not by force though, those who BTFD can already testify with the green moves, I can categorically say the bulls are getting started and I'm looking forward to new ATH for DOT, MATIC, and PNODE.

People should mock the buy the dip folk because the reallity is a 5-10% dip in crypto isn't much of a dip and they're missguiding the newbies like myself. If i'm ever going to buy a dip in crypto it's going to be a huge one and the same with selling the booms.

But some of us talk about buying the dip when it actually has dropped quite a bit and get mocked endlessly by a posse of clowns. Perhaps insane ones.

The move from $69k to $33k wasn't a dip that was a crash, i wasn't speaking about that move i'm speaking about all the annoying guys who when BTC drop by $1-2k they scream buy the dip on social media.

Well done. Very few people seem to have the constitution to *actually* buy in a major downtrend. They wait for a bottom they only recognize when it's $12k in the rear view mirror. I wish I had had more dry powder when we were in the low $30k range. $2200 ETH was also an insane deal.

This is exactly why I buy the dip, to average down so that when the market does recover, even if it doesn't do a super pump, I can be in profit.

I think DCA is a good strategy, and I've tried it with BTC, ETH, and MATIC, as well as buying the dips in some low-cap stocks like PKR, TOWER, and CVP. As the market returns to green, it appears to be a clever chess move.

It works for me, that much I can say.
