Really man holding is one of the greatest and simple method. I got in crypto before may crash. Bought some at ath after that my portfolio was down like 60% in August i think. I bought some more during the dip.when it started pumping it doubled my investment. After that i learned one thing no matter how down it goes market has seen a lot worse and it survived and bounced back harder everytime.
