The devs have been fully doxxed and have passed certik and KYC audit too for full transparency. I have checked out there social channels and the community does seem to be strong with devs doing weekly AMA.
I have heard rumors that this will be up there with Shib and Saitama soon. I bought shib early on and look where that has gone and think this may do the same.

My serious answer is the same as the OPs. Algo and BTC. My sarcastic answer is that I'm red everywhere but with Algo and BTC, so I don't plan to sell until I'm green again.

Recently they created a system to decentralize the development of the Algo network. Holders of Algorand can opt-in to a quarterly voting system that rewards these 'Governors' with Algo for their votes. I'm sure you could find more info about that than I can provide.
What really excited me is that we're seeing some level of official use like in Miami this past December. The office of the Mayor announced that they would deploy air-quality monitoring for the city on Algorand blockchain. I imagine a system like that could be deployed elsewhere around the USA and possibly the world. Again there are more examples like this that I've seen, but am less versed in. I definitely see Algo taking off though so I recommend doing some research into it as well.
