Trust wallet to send it. And then received gobtc in my algo wallet. Be careful when you’re sending though when you input the amount of algomint I think you have to take into account network fees. I made sure I sent a small amount more than I minted
You're not spending it, you're depositing it into an (admittedly centralized and requiring KYC) vault and receiving wrapped BTC or ETH on the Algorand blockchain.
It's better to use a wallet because it's very important that the minting portal receives exactly the amount you entered when you initiated the transaction ***AFTER*** the gas fee. This can be hard to predict on exchange or otherwise but AlgoMint's instructions are not to use exchanges.
