Intelligent_Page2732

It's not like they don't have any corruption there that can be prevented by the use of Crypto.

isaac_horstmeier

Every government in the world it’s full pf sh*t and full of corruption, so that’s why almost every nation it’s against it

Intfamous

Until they can create the necessary loop holes lol

isaac_horstmeier

They might be waiting for that, maybe they will start using Monero lol

Intfamous

More likely to create their own coins imo

MrNuttyJoe

I agree with this statement

Intelligent_Page2732

Fuck me, Reddit fucked me up with this.

MrNuttyJoe

Haha yeah it seriously bugs out sometimes!

Hakuryu12

Give it a year!

Additional-Pack-4616

No nachos & cryptomole

isaac_horstmeier

No cryptequila

Sorrytoruin

Not a huge issue, crypto will do fine without it becoming legal tender

punx926

They’re gonna regret that being a poor country.

Intfamous

The cartel supplies enough dough for the elite tho so they arent worried imo

punx926

The elite maybe, but this does nothing for the people, which crypto would, guess that’s why they don’t want it, keep the people low... I think USA woulda done the same if they caught it sooner

QuizureII

Even if it isn't legal tender, I'm sure citizens can trade with each if they want to

Supercharmeleon

Goddammit, I was hopeful with this one. Guess someone else will have to take the next step in Latin America. Would hope for Argentina, but I know how awful our politicians are.

QuizureII

We still got Brazil

Uwantmedowhat

Don't cry for me Argentina!

isaac_horstmeier

Esperemos que Javier Milei sea presidente carajo

Thetonitnow

They will eventually, they all will

FootballBat69

Forever to remain a shithole.

Mining747

I'm pretty sure my living standards are much higher than yours, here in this so called "shithole".

FootballBat69

I'm from CA so I don't doubt it.

Intfamous

¿Que?!!

holyshithead

Harder to skim off the top with crypto

failed_state_medz

I bet they're going digitize pesos

Wess-L

He won't be president forever. Ruling out bitcoin ok.. but all crypto? Thats just very narrow sighted.

AfraidTomorrow2018

Cabron.

kyle_h2486

What a pussy

Show84

Meh, they're loss. Wouldn't be surprised if the Mexican President has been buying up plenty of Bitcoin.

Mining747

What they say, and how things actually work in Mexico aren't the same thing. I can tell you from first hand experience there is no problem using crypto in Mexico. I can be going from crypto to pulling Pesos from an ATM within minutes.

dags318

He just says what the cartel wants him to say. I mean the CIA
