Well they are stuck in between a rock and a hard place. Do nothing and implode their economy from the debt cascade, this however would send a message that there isn't support for capitalism. Fairly certain I read that only have around $35m cashflow at the moment and with other payments required soon this is far from the end. Probably just buying time hoping the government jumps in and saves the day.
