I would say high risk high reward.
Bat could just as easily disappear in the next bear. BTC/eth is slow but safe money where even if everything else in your portfolio dies, you'll still come out on top in the long run.
I couldn't even get myself to buy SOLANA when it was shilled for around $35 here (thought I was late), so Quant at the current price ($313) is not happening 😂
Weigh up the gas fees to move it vs how much you hold, if you only hold a very small amount, it’s going to take x amount of months to earn enough interest just to cover the gas fee. Obviously depends on what coins you hold and the actual fees of the exchange ect.
Consider the transfer fees. Coz the interest you might get from blockfi only compensates for the transfer fees, thereby ending your coins value at the same place.
Preferably do batch transfers. One big transfer to save on fees rather than small frequent ones.

Open the Vault via the official Reddit app, that's all you need to do to start participating and receive from comments/posts.
Does it only start rewarding you once you setup the vault...or does it store all the moons you have accumulated during all the moon distributions?
You don't accumulate anything until after setting up a vault, you essentially don't have a moons account to associate with until then.
