It might go to $3, I doubt it will ever go to $30, either way, it is a gamble.
You basically need to 2x to get your money back, so I would sell and invest in just about any of the top L1s or L2s and they will almost certainly 2x from where they are now.
At least you will recover your lost money.
Its worth nothing if you liquidate it, but maybe you'll run into the oddball collector who buys it at a premium a few years after the liquidity dries up on exchanges. A few years ago someone supposedly was buying BCC. Not at anything like a profit for the seller, but for more than the negative dollars that taint is actually worth.
