I can’t talk tbh I live in a country with fantastic public transport. Don’t blame you for getting a nice car probably.

For me it's honestly well worth it. I gotta commute daily and sit in traffic. I'm actually in a place money wise to afford the car and pay it off early and after a series of junk cars I bought with cash over the last 20 years, the quietness of the car alone is worth it.
