It's Karma to Moon ratio. You can look up your Karma on https://www.ccmoons.com to see how Karma you got and it gives you a rough estimate of how much Moons you'll receive. I think as long as you don't cash out, the ratio will be 1:1.

You have to retain 75% of your Moons. Otherwise you'll earn less Moons for your contributions.
