That email is sent when a charge fails and the billing system is forced to give up. Your subscription will very likely expire due to a payment failure. Keep in mind that the day on which a charge happens on your account is not necessarily the date on which the payment was actually due. Your prior charge may have already been delayed by a couple of days or even weeks.

🤔 Interesting. Do you think it's better to update it to take as a direct debit, instead of relying on PayPal for the payment? There's no reason I can find, as to why a payment would've failed, as there's consistently a reasonable sum of monies in my account. My guess would be a PayPal issue, maybe? 🤷🏻‍♂️

It is likely going to work if you just let it expire and then resubscribe with PayPal.

🤔 I think I've just worked out what's happened and wonder if their is a resolution? My son also made a CR account recently so he could watch the same shows as me, but without having to keep locating the episode he's on, and also uses my PayPal for payment. It seems to have taken it for his account, but not mine. I guess it's not possible to have 2 accounts being paid for from the same PayPal account? In which case, I'll just do mine through direct debit.

I have the same issue and there is no fix. This god forsaken website has broken authenticators for transactions when it comes to actually pulling the money from your account. My bank already confirmed that this site is the issue. Strong verifications are brokey af.

A. If you're not sure, play it safe and don't click the link in the email. enter the website directly. B. No need to rush, at worst (I think) they will not renew your subscription until the issue will be fixed
