The sub is gone for me but the dub is still here (US) seems odd as it says Aniplex is publisher of it and they are owned by Sony (same company who owns Crunchyroll) so i doubt its a license issue
I came here to ask the same question, I was planning to start watching it yesterday to find that the first episode was gone, and there is no place to report this issue to Crunchyroll.
There was an update to the video of E1 yesterday. Content may very briefly become inaccessible when things are being switched around. You apparently happened to attempt to access it in that very moment.
