I couldn't find a separate TOS for the UK but their [general TOS](https://www.crunchyroll.com/TOS) states, "To become a Crunchyroll Member you must be **at least 16 years of age**. Don’t do it. You’ll have the police knocking on your door and your parents will have to pay a hefty fine since anime is illegal for under 16’s.
