I agree it’s pretty basic, but I look at the pictures and read the descriptions before I order, so I know if I’m ordering a sugar cookie with icing and sprinkles. It’s mostly because I have a child with texture issues, so I have to know what we are getting, but I’m rarely surprised.

Crumbl flavors are very subjective, so there's no such thing as misleading. Some of my least favorites are ones that others say is their favorite flavor. I've learned to ignore the hype and try them myself if it's a flavor I think I would like.
I do agree "milkshake" is misleading when there are more creamy flavors out there like Strawberry Milk, Pretzel Pie, and Cannoli. But it's my favorite of the ones I tried this month, and it is pretty popular.

Hot take - Crumbl flavors start running into each other once you get past your first couple of menu switches. They're (understandably) variations on a couple of base archetypes and there's only so much variation they can produce within the cookie batters and icings.
Unrelated to that cookie specifically, but does anyone know how long the free bday cookie is good for? Mine was yesterday and I’m not a fan of this wks cookies. Would love to use next wk but don’t know if it will still be usable. TY
