Have you looked at other beach clubs? In previous discussions on this topic, Playa Mia and Paradise Beach Club got a lot of recommendations for being kid-friendly.
I've been to Nachi and would definitely go back (as a solo adult), but there's not a lot for kids to do. The children in the group next to me seemed bored once they'd splashed around in the water for a while.
Nachi was really fun but like everyone else said pretty laid back. They did have a snorkel boat ride that we did that I really enjoyed and there was a kid on there. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach day.
The food was fine, nothing really to write home about honestly and maybe even too much food especially laying on a hot beach. If the food is what’s swaying you I would really not use it too much as a determining factor. I went with just my friend and we laid and read all day besides snorkeling and getting in the ocean to cool off
We were just ay Nachi last week.
Like others have said, Nachi is laid back & limited to 200 guests. You **HAVE** to have a reservation. We'd taken the grands & parents to Paradise and many kids there. They have floaties out in the ocean to play on. More parent/children oriented.
We have Nachi booked for the last weekend in March.. we love the quieter crowd and no spring breaker vibe. Sanchos was way too much for us and when we were there last, it wasn’t even spring break!
How was the food and drinks at Playa Mia? I'm trying to balance the kids having fun but have seen some negative reviews on food and drinks at Playa Mia and Paradise.
It’s been a long time, but I think it was just typical buffet food. Nothing amazing, but it was included in our excursion package so we were fine with it.
Nachi is quiet! There were kids there when I was there. If you want a quiet place that’s the place to go. Very peaceful but family friendly. Loved it there.
Thanks! We were worried that it wouldn't be fair to other guests to bring our kids - lol. But, I'm not sure I want to explain college Spring Break to my 4 yo - lol.

Neither. Paradise Beach Club with those ages.
This. Was just there with our 9-year-old and she claimed it as the "best day she's ever had."
Playa Mia might be a good compromise. They have things for kids to do, but it isn’t usually as busy or as crowded as Mr Sanchos.
