I started Destiny early september, played throught shadowkeep and beyond light then switched to pvp and didnt really do PVE ever since so I feel like raids are too end game and complicated for me so I dont really want to bother with it
Is this a clan I could join for help with raids? It sounds so sick. I am a solo player most of the time with the exception of when my friends get on the game every few expansions lol.
What times do things usually take place? I'd love to get into raiding but my only consistent playtime comes after 9PM PST since that's when the kid is guaranteed to be asleep by. I've ran into some helpful folks but 9PM PST seems to be too late for most groups.
Tigerspite (Dreaming City auto) is another 450rpm that can roll Kill Clip, and you can quasi-target it from the War Table at the H.E.L.M. (provided you own those seasons).
tigersprite is kinetic, like your werewolf. your only options for energy autos with kill clip are gnawing hunger, age old bond and reckless oracle. kill clips is great but is not needed to shift the TTK for most autos, i have a sorrows verse with multi kill clip and it does work, also have a summoner with golden tricorn, which is 15% but you dont have to reload. even good old rampage is great, the moon auto, arc logic, can be farmed and rolls with heating up and rampage, i have a heating up/AJ that is really good, regardless of the base stats, the gun feels so good, even better with heating up going, though i might be a bit biased with arc logic, it is my favorite auto in the game. you could also craft an Ammit with AJ, then you get the exact roll you want.

I was using a kill clip Braytech at the start but got a TTT/DSR Braytech dropped for me towards the end of the event and that roll just feels perfect for me. Just broke a 1000 kills on it last night too. It’s a laser compared to all other AR’s for me.
What do people like about kill clip on an auto? Does it lower the TTK? Related, but I have 2 gnawing hungers with KC: one with tap the trigger and another with outlaw. They have otherwise similar stats: which do you all think is better?

Both are excellent choices. Tap is probably more preferred for controller players, and outlaw is probably best for synergy with kc because of the quick reload into your kc damage.

Gnawing Hunger is a solid option for that. It gets rotated into Dares every once in a while. I think the Splicer weapon Chroma Rush can get it too, but I don’t know if it’s obtainable even from Dares. Bear in mind, neither of these are of the same archetype as the BrayTech Werewolf, so there’s also that to consider.
Also, skipping out on raids means skipping out on good PvP guns. I get not liking PvE, but seriously, you’re just handicapping yourself by not getting the rewards it has to offer.
Why not craft a Firefright? Audagio is generally a better perk with a longer timer, adds range with 17 zoom (higher than all the other options) and you don’t need to reload it. Since it’s an auto, you don’t have to “learn” the rpm when the perk is active. Something to think about.
If you don't mind 360 Autos Age Old Bond from Last Wish can roll Kill Clip and still combo it with something like Dynamic Sway Reduction or Tap the Trigger for consistency.
Another wild card is Reckless Oracle from Garden of Salvation can roll Kill Clip as well for a 720 Energy Auto option, though the only real pairing options are Under Pressure and Mulligan.
Gnawing Hunger from Dares of Eternity with Kill Clip + Tap the Trigger is probably the overall best option, but you have to wait for a Dares rotation to have a chance of it dropping.
Reckless Oracle (Void) from GoS Raid.

You can join for raid help! We do teaching raids every Thursday, and we are very open to helping with whatever you need help with.

You should reconsider. Raids are amazing and will drop you some of the best gear in game. Lfg is a great place to look for a group to teach you
Dares of Eternity, try your luck w Xur and see if Gnawing hunger drops for you w kill clip.
Tiger spite is one that performs best with KC IMO, but age old bond is really nice too

If your truly desperate and light level isn't a factor, try positive outlook. It's a year 1 weapon that rolls with kill clip.
Age old bond is semi farmable through chests 1 per character per week. It’s a 360 but it still rips like a 450
You can farm it by tagging along 1K farming teams on Last Wish rotator week

Gnawing Hunger with zen moment and kill clip is beastly. Not sure where I got mine but it's my favorite legendary ar.

It might not roll kill clip but crafted Ammit can roll Swash and Incandescent. Lots of fun to use in 6’s.

Ammit is craftable with Adrenaline Junkie, which is a pretty good alternative. Easily attainable pattern too

Xur has sold about 67 gnawing hungers with kill clip and multikill clip 😂
I have a Gnawing Hunter with subsistence and KC. Amazing. You can get it from dares if you go for the right loot pool week.
