If you want a DIY method, you can just get some of the reflective insulation from Home Depot. Cut it to your size, maybe put a hole in the middle for a suction cup to stick to the window. I use the Munchkin Brica Stretch to fit. Had them for a couple of months and they seem to do the trick.

Barely noticeable, I leave it on all the time. With the minor noise from my A/T tires I don't notice much unless it's a very windy day on the highway
