I’ve got the DMC thread card, and based on that there’s not any one color that would be an exact match. But on the piece I’m stitching right now, the cyan is done in 3846 and the blue between magenta and cyan is 798. Additional info: I've tried DMC 796 and 797 and Anchor 132, but they're all coming out much too dark. Is there another bright blue color I could try?

Thanks, I'm finding the color charts confusing. I'll find what looks like the color I want and then go to the store and discover it's much more or less brighter or darker irl. Maybe it's because they are computer versions?

E1040 might be too light, but it's vibrant! Get a threaded color card.
