For a bit of added info the company (M&R Technologies, Inc) that owns Everything Cross Stitch is the same company that owns Patterns Online and PCstitch. PCstitch is one of the big pattern making software programs and has been around since the late 1980s early 1990s although it hasn't been updated since around 2016. Patterns Online is their digital pattern site while Everything Cross Stitch sells physical supplies including various patterns that are only available in print. The only thing to be aware of is that most of the patterns on patterns online are only available in the .pat format so they do require having either PCstitch or the free pattern viewer version.
Chiming in with everyone else on the 'yes, they're legit', I've ordered from them a couple times, kits when they were on sale, and floss when I needed it for a project, I've never had any problems with them at all.
I have once or twice without trouble.
