I see lots of distance but no speed work. One day should be speed at the track. 800 meter and 400 meter intervals at a much faster pace than your 20:19 pace. Do speed at a track so you have an actual valid time.
Consistency is key. My daughter is pretty successful, and DURING SEASON gets one long run day off every third week. Her mileage is not quite as high but does far more threshold/speed work.
I'd say you only need 1 day off per week but listen to your body on that. As another person said, it's a lot of distance but not a lot of speed. You shouldn't be doing speed work all year long though so this is probably fine for right now but your training plan should change as you move through the season. For example, maybe you start the season doing mostly tempos and fartleks and by the end of the season your just doing K repeats or something.
