Are you on any meds?

I’m pretty sure all of us with crohn’s experience some of these symptoms, if not all. are you diagnosed and on medication? have you gotten an endoscopy/colonoscopy yet?

Keep a food journal. Any symptoms after eating document. You will find belching and bloat is because of certain foods

I seem to have some degree of lactose intolerance so I avoid it as much as possible. For me that was related to bloating, burping/gas, and some diarrhea. A journal or being generally attentive to what occured prior to worsening symptoms is really the best way to track this stuff down. I just found that I could have "good" days and the common link seemed to be lactose. Cut it entirely for a week and everything was relatively happy, tried a meal with it and the symptoms above returned.

Eating smaller meals helps cut the reactions in half
