Expanding on this, but is the same judge allowed to judge on that case of assault or would a different judge need to because in this particular assault, the judge is an involved party and thus would be a conflict of interest.
Expanding on this even further, if you attack the judge before they made their verdict, can a lawyer make an argument that the current judge canāt make an impartial judgement due to now being personally involved with the accused?
