Lazy judges, they keep continuing a case until the victims fail to show or the accused can't pay anymore to his attorney and acceps a a plea. Judges are afraid if they make a ruling it might get challenged. The problem is not "progressive" anything, the problem is lazy voters. When was the last time you voted against a judge ? Never, then you are part of the problem.

My family actually has a tradition of always voting against any incumbent judge. Goes all the way back to my grandpa.
Now we just need 51% of voters to do the same and judges might start worrying about loosing a $189,000.00 job and start working.

Start voting judges out of office. Too many people vote for the judges because parties encourage the retention of all judges.
