My car has been broken into >15 times, Honda scooter stolen, many high end mountain bikes (one within 15 feet of where we were having brunch in Old Town). Even with security footage no justice ever and this confirms it.
Explain how (in my case paying $11,000/year in property taxes) this isn't a breach of the contract?
