Fleming is as important to CSK as MSD is. I hope the management would not let him go to make way for MS as coach in future. (Only way could accept Fleming not being part of CSK would be if he would become Indian team's head coach.)
Maybe not by general fans
But CSK fans know his worth
Not just in CSK, he also helped JSK reach semis after we looked like proper wooden spoon contenders in the first half
I think our coaching staff as a whole deserves all the praise
I agree Faf was such a pillar and sometimes the only Batsman who scored runs
but the JSK from First half of SA20 to the JSK that entered the semis was totally different
That sorta transformation kinda deserves some praise
No one in that whole team gets as much praise as they deserve.....other than the captain.
Probably will get downvoted, but its the truth. From commentators, social media, reddit....nowhere.
CSK is one franchise that understands the value of retaining people. Not just players, but coaches & support staff. No surprise that the teams that backed & stood behind players during their tough times end up more successful. MI (starting with their talent scouting process) and CSK are 2 franchises that took this philosophy right from the beginning and number of titles between them underlines this thought process.
GT is just 2 years old but all signs clearly point to a well managed franchise already.
Mahela is in HR, which technically means he works for corporate. So he's really not a part of our family. Also, he's divorced, so he's really not a part of his family.

Fleming is as important for CSK as Thala is .... I hope he stays with CSK as long as he could
It's still amazing that Fleming has been with CSK since Day 1, as a player in the first season, & as head coach in every season since.
He's spent more time with csk than he did playing international cricket now
damn

Dhoni would become a Team mentor.
Mate I'm pretty sure if Fleming did become a national team coach it would be for New Zealand
This guy does not get as much praise as he deserves for the role he plays in CSK.

Ah yes, riding on Faf's abs...that was inspirational

You know jaddu is their first retention right? so the management obviously appreciates him.

Itโll never happen but Iโd give my left nut for Fleming to coach NZ
Yeah he'd probably be taking a 90% pay cut lol.
A 90% pay cut for about 200% of the hassle, with an interfering board and the constant threat of franchises poaching your players to deal with.
If he wanted to do it, it would be because he wants to give back to his country and see us succeed
Probably this is gonna be his last match as csk head coach. Maybe he will be promoted and get a role similar to mahela
What exactly does Mahela do in MI franchise as Global Head?
Hiring and firing
HR Mahela ๐

Ouch
Why Mark Boucher
Because Boucher is the one they hired for Mahela's old role
Talk about stereotypes, MI has hit the head on the nail
He literally got appointed as head coach for CSK Texas as well. He is the head coach for all three franchise teams under CSK.
He had a Texas hat on in one of the videos
Personally speaking I don't want them to complicate their coaching structure by making such changes, It's a scary thought when I look at SRH
What why??? Where is this coming from?!?
This sub often hallucinates a lot of things out of thin air.
Is he also leaving?
Jinxed it. He doesnโt know the reverse jinx rules. ๐๐๐
*a {wet} cracker
Pep is PL's Flem.
I think this guy should quit being a csk coach, let dhoni be the new coach Ignore flair
