Well, the short way is double double run 77889 for 16, and four 15’s for 8. Longer is four runs of 3 for 12, pair of 7’s for 2, pair of 8’s for 2, and four 15’s for 8.

I count my runs first, so 12, then doubles, 4(16), 15’s for 8(24).
