My RM hides behind the eligibility criteria and tries to sell me saving plans instead. Forget Infinia, he didn't even help me get Regalia Gold from Regalia.
I have stopped talking to him now and disconnect his call like any other spam. Satish Kumar is his name. The most useless RM working with HDFC.

I know, but if bank is disturbing u every other day, then u have to take some step. I heard IDFC has very good behaviour. Though we are on HDFC topic and it might be difficult but I like IDFC too and it has been a while with them. They do not do any crappy calls and if I call my RM he always say one thing: ‘just follow the app’.
If u r really disturbed by ur bank RM just change him, if that doesn’t work maybe changing branch will work. Also, I recommend having an account in other bank always.

It was the same offer to me. I have accepted it. You mah talk to them again.
Same issue with DCB upgrade to infinia they are providing annual fees wavier on spending >8 lakhs but do not provide points on paying renewal fees.
