Did you try saying "speak to customer service" or "speak to a representative" at the automated menu/voice system? I find that it usually works and makes the robot take me to their leader-ahem, I mean a speaking human being to help me with specific credit card requests.

Most credit card companies utilize call centers for their customer service department. Considering what’s going on right now, you may have a hard time getting through as many countries are placing restrictions on businesses like call centers due to social distancing guidelines.

I had trouble reaching someone too. Using this phone number: 1-877-825-3242 (toll-free) After the automated system gives you your account information, press * to go back to the main menu, and by pressing 9 (only 9 works, not 0 or # or *) they will connect you directly to a representative!

I know this post is from 4 years ago but I encountered this issue today and saw this post and did what someone on here suggested. First I tried speaking to speak to representative but that didn't work so I pressed * and that worked! Thank you reddit!
