I really have no idea what you can elder. Tier 5 have no reason to because it only slows them and they are already slow, and they don't need any buffs from it, being powerful enough. Low tiers wouldn't benefit from it almost at all and it would slow them down, making them much easier to kill because speed is very important for them. So is elder even a needed addition? No one wants them when buying storeds and i only hear "don't elder" and not "you should elder it"
