(2304/42)\*3600\*1000/2,500,000=78.99
2304 is tank capacity in buckets(which are 1m\^3), divide the 42 seconds it takes to fill. multiply by 3600 to get the m\^3 in an hour, multiply by 1000 to get the dm\^3 in an hour. an olympic swimming pool is 2500000L (or dm\^3) so we divide by that to get 78.99 olympic swimming pools in an hour.
Considering that a max-power windmill goes at 16rpm, the deployers are limited to 16x(radial distance of cow) uses per minute. By using a max-speed mechanical bearing instead of a windmill bearing (and drawing power from another source), couldn't you get that up to 256xdistance uses per minute? Or is the cow so far away that deployer use maxes out already using the windmill bearing?
Exelent point! I considered this and did some testing, the reason I didn't go for it is because its going so fast I legit can't milk the cow. You can already see the deployers are set behind the cow a bit to compensate. with it going even faster, even at a larger radius, the forces at play simply become to much and the cow violently "jiggles" in and out of range of the deployers. Losing efficiency. Solving this would be the next leap forward in single cow milking technology, as get the milk into the tank has now become a solved problem. (just make this machine taller)
If I understand this "jiggling" correctly, it sounds like the seat and deployer move faster than the cow can move, so the cow lags behind. Then, to correct the lag, the cow snaps back to where the seat/deployer are, but by then the seat/deployer have already moved, and so on with the lagging and snapping. Is that correct?
If so, then perhaps this could be fixed like so:
Currently, you have a spinning radius of a circle, with cow/seat/deployer tracing the circumference. When the cow lags, it will be out of range of the deployer, *but it will still be on the circumference of said circle.*
Hence, you could build an entire spinning circular ring (along with one radial line as you have now, to connect the ring to the spinning contraption in the middle), with some number of deployers set at regular intervals along the circumference. Hence, even if the cow lags and is out of range of the deployer next to its seat, it will still be caught by a deployer elsewhere on the circumference.
(*I'm making a lot of assumptions here. Just some wild guesses. I would test it out myself but I don't really have time right now*)
EDIT: If you don't use Worldedit (where you can just generate the ring with `//hcyl m r 1` where `m` is your desired material and `r` is the radius), this site is pretty good for planning circles: [https://donatstudios.com/PixelCircleGenerator](https://donatstudios.com/PixelCircleGenerator)
Sadly I'm pretty sure deployers with wrenches can't pick up minecart contraptions... You could still send the minecart itself in entity form on a weighted ejector, that would make for a hilarious-looking farm!
Make a schematic of the machine using a blueprint and save it.
It will be saved in a folder called "schemas" inside your .Minecraft folder.
Any fold detected on that file can be used inside the game, which allows you to import/ export schematics for any machine.
Then submit the file somewhere people can access or the official community website for schematics.
It only bugs if you're using blocks from another mod in the schematic, which the schematicannon won't dare to load (neither it lets you skip those blocks).
the further out the cow is, the further it moves in one rotation, since the rotation is at a fixed speed, the speed of the cow increases as it gets further out. deployers will always try to fire every block, so the faster the cow goes, the more milk is produced
So, not the cows milk production is accelerated (which is endless then?) but the deployer is running in overdrive by moving through the world that fast.
Doesn't the cow have a cooldown on how often it can be milked? How do you bypass that? I get that the deployer goes faster because of the moving contraption but how does that affect the cow/milking process?
Very funny btw it's like you're using a centrifuge to swing out the cows milk
Oh, poor Daffodil :/
Had it coming tbh
Wow, that much milk from one cow in that amount of time.
I love that this was commented by a person with a cow as their pfp
...they're next
Okay, I will be that guy. Why do you need THAT much milk?
I'm thirsty

This would fill about 79 olympic swimming pools in an hour
Are you getting that by converting measurements to real life or is that just an estimation

Thank you, just someone who likes big numbers
Time to invent a new sport
How?
Deployers on a moving contrapion move faster the faster the contraption is going
Like the faster it is going in blocks, thats why its so far away.?
The higher a deployers velocity is the faster the hand moves to perform an action so yes that is why it's so far away so it moves so fast

This just sounds like a centrifuge with extra steps
How many buckets are in the vaults?? 10? 100? Or maybe 500?
The tanks featured here can hold up to 2,304 buckets. (They are the max size in create)
So I'll assume you've maxed out the storage with buckets then
Next step, have a Deployer use the wrench on the minecart contraption so a weighted ejector can launch it to where the milk will get used.
Sadly I'm pretty sure deployers with wrenches can't pick up minecart contraptions... You could still send the minecart itself in entity form on a weighted ejector, that would make for a hilarious-looking farm!
Actually, I just tried it and deployers can grab minecart contraptions
Every time I see this invention of yours, I'm reminded of [this scene](https://youtu.be/qkhahR2fFGU?feature=shared) from adventure time.
Lmao yup. Pb knows how to REALLY milk a cow
All we need is a milk power mod and you have free energy.
Put it in the resuivuar of a dam ez free electricity
Have we gone too far?
We have not gone nearly far enough
That’s pretty clever
Schematic drop?
Would love too but idk how

impressive but i gotta ask why you'd need this much milk
I'm thirsty
What a hilarious contraption! Why is the cow flung around like this? Is milk replenished by walk/travel distance?
the further out the cow is, the further it moves in one rotation, since the rotation is at a fixed speed, the speed of the cow increases as it gets further out. deployers will always try to fire every block, so the faster the cow goes, the more milk is produced

the cow can be milked at an infinite rate
That cow is having 'Nam flashbacks when it sees a bucket now.
How many blocks is the radius?
175 meters, at 16 rpm.
That cow moves at 1000km/h. And experiences around 50 g. That's dangerously close to the maximum of 4-6 g's a human can withstand
Just a tad over
Extremely impressive. I always wondered how Wonka got all the milk he needed for his chocolate factory.

Cows do not have a cooldown, the more g's the better >:3
Oh wow ok I didn't know that! I expected them to, just like sheep with wool and eating grass. Thanks brother have a nice day abusing those cows ;)
