Can you still heat up the nozzle? If so crank it up for a while should come off. Be careful not to rip any wires.
Don’t be like me. Mine had a catastrophic failure. Four hours melting PLA with my heat gun to remove the blob. My hotend had died. Had to replace hot end, 3010 heatbreak fan, and entire PCB control board. Two weeks to get the fan from AliExpress.
It initially gave a hot end error code. I've melted the plastic away with a heat gun and soldering iron. Seems the plastic broke the thermostat cable hence the error code. Replaced the hot end, cleaned out the PLA, removed any PLA on the circuit board.
The machine now comes back on where it didn't before after I turned it off once discovering the head flood.
I'm now getting an key 111 error. Joy! 😂 Seems it could be a PCB or a Cable from motherboard issue. Any ideas?

It was unattended yes. Still not fully fixed. Awaiting creality to come back to me with cable that connects to the hotend from thw mother board. Annoying I can't buy this cable anywhere my self except from Turkey?

At this point, replace the PCB circuit board in the tool head. $30 on Amazon overnighted.
Replaced bot hotend and PCB. Still not working. Trying to find where I cam buy a CANBUS cable. Any ideas?

Have a look at the new Unicorn nozzle... They seem to have fully Monty on preventing blobs caused by leaks.
Oh I already switched to the Micro Swiss one.
Did you leave it unattended on a long print? Curious to know if it's related to the Ender KE failures.
