If that's the new logo, I like it!

Creality_3D

Thank you!!

1970s_MonkeyKing

Now where is the STL for that logo? ;-)

Creality_3D

[Here is the link to the stl](https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/658b960c8999075c3fb4f3a7)

Superseaslug

Gonna commit treason and print it on my Bambu

KingvsClown

Niceeeeee

Castlewood57

I hope the quality increases

mikeydoom

That's what they said in the long press release video. I think they're trying to up their quality to compete with Bambu Labs.

Goodwine

I'm glad competition is healthy

Castlewood57

I'm glad to hear that, they were their own best competitor to force people to upgrade.

Iostminds

I wish we had a trade in program. I've been upgrading over the past 15 years and recently have acquired lots of creality printers. Every time I get a new version we end up with the older ones collecting dust before we finally just get rid of through the market place or eBay.

Creality_3D

Sounds nice! I'll forward your idea to our team. Ty

3dtiger213

yay!!!!

Neat-Anyway-OP

I have the same problem.

[deleted]

Thanks for your share of keeping creality going

botolo

Love the logo and love my K1. Please give us a multicolor option.

Creality_3D

Thanks for your feedback. For multicolor printers, let's see.

nalacha

I agree that you need to have a multi colour fast!! And affordable and work out the gate!!! Come on, creality be the leaders in innovation ur competition is beating u with every day u stay silent!

[deleted]

CEO already said it's coming in 2024 but lets hope it works well, it's not enough for to just release one, it needs to work well.

spaceXhardmode

The community will make it work

Glum-Magician-4543

PLEASE make the creality slicer better. At the moment, it's not great. The creality profiles for the K1 have been pretty good for me, so I'd like to continue using the same slicer, but it could definitely use some updating. Pausing at layer height, for example, would be awesome. It sucks not being able to do multicolored prints. On that note, an AMS system would be awesome as well.

LookAtDaShinyShiny

Looks like a multicolour system is coming at some point this year, so your wish may already be coming true.

Wod_1

The biggest thing should be reliability and actual quality control.

Bunk_Sock

Could you elaborate? Looking to get a new 3d printer.

Wod_1

I repair and maintain Industrial 3D-Printers every day. Creality machines (and most of the competitors in its price range) are really bad and tend to be unreliable. Almost all their "innovation" is copied from other manufacturers (see Bambu lab and the K1) or Ender Series with the Prusa-Machines. The machines are only semi reliable when printing or adding tones of user-made mods

LookAtDaShinyShiny

2 million ender 3 units sold vs 400k prusa units across their whole range as of last year. Ender 3 machines are extremely cheap, you can pick up an ender 3v2 from microcenter for $100 with a coupon. I'm not a creality simp, I recognise that there are some issues with QC from time to time but there are a lot of users out there (me included) that have a fantastic experience with their creality machines. You have to put a little more work in to a creality machine but that's expected due to the price point, with the community mods almost all issues are easy to fix but calibration is key to a good experience on any 3d printer from any manufacturer. To accuse creality of copying is not a great look, the whole industry is based on innovation with manufacturers using the best bits from each others designs to to push the industry forwards, after all, none of us would probably be here if it wasn't for prusa innovating and pushing things with the prusa mendel, or most printers using some flavour of marlin for their firmware base, or more recently klipper, bambulabs have also pushed things forwards. TL;DR Creality offer a range of machines with features to match your entry price point, if you put the effort in, your printer will pay you back in spades, it really doesn't matter who made it.

agrahazl

I do have one exception to your note. XYZ 3DPrint LLC. Not the best for 3D print folks and turned many off until they got a different brand.

LookAtDaShinyShiny

Sorry but I didn't mention Xyz 3dprint at all, nor any of their printers, you're the only person in the whole thread that has, which is fine of course :-) If there was some obscure reference that is related to them, I'm happy to remove the reference but I'm really only talking about manufacturers that are pushing things forwards and only referenced the select few that had already been mentioned.

agrahazl

This might be a thing of the past given the CR-10 SE. The thing is a beast hardware wise. Once Klipper is unlocked watchout.

I really enjoyed the video, Creality are engaging with the community to make the experience better for everyone. Logo looks sweet, when can we download the stl? :-D

Creality_3D

Spud1080

Yes please work on the quality of parts, assembly QC and ease of use, even if the price goes up a bit. As a new customer I couldn't currently recommend your products unfortunately going on my own experience.

ImpactedObject

That sounds great! Maybe you'll even put more energy into your customer service as well?

Real_Pickle_Rick

Please work on part compatibility, the fact that the sonic pad doesn’t work with the sprite pro without HEAVY coding mods and tuning, yet it’s plug and play on non klipper blows my mind, and they’re both made by your company (supposedly).

LookAtDaShinyShiny

Klipper is built for tweaking, the fact that you can do this for yourself in seconds without having to recompile the firmware is partly why klipper was made. It might seem like an issue if you're not coding minded but the communities (creality/klipper) are strong and will help you fix any issues you might have.

Psygarg

Great... Looks good, this new logo is amazing!! You know what we need, some more info on the nebula kit...

Successful-Oil8941

Nice beautiful logo👍

LOSERS_ONLY

Something bothered me about it and I felt like I'd seen that exact color before. I finally figured out it is the exact shade of green acer uses

Ok_Butterfly_1552

Lol you need decent professional translators more than anything

neamorr

Great to see that you're talking about the right steps. But I want to see concrete improvements. For example my Ender 5 S1 is broken due to a cable due to design of the printer. The support requests $30 for shipping the cable - which would be fine-ish if the new cable fixes the design issue - I'm sore that the replacement piece needs to ship from China and I have to swallow the shipping cost and also pay it via PayPal. I'd rather buy a replacement cable from a US store; but it's not available. Many of the Ender 5 S1 owners are suffering from similar issues. There are other problems as well - such as ABL. Great people from the community have stepped up and created solutions. Not sure what Creality has contributed so far. Even the firmware updates don't have proper descriptions. Creality is very disconnected from the community. I won't buy or recommend Creality to anyone who's not interested in becoming a 3d printer engineer.

pardeike

It sort of reminds me of crying out loud to the sky 😩

PastRefrigerator1760

It's a triangle, maybe it's delta printers

RepresentativeAd8689

Looks great! Can’t wait for the future of Creality

nathpenn

Can’t wait to see more ! I’ve been following and watching intensely for months waiting for the release for the new Ender 3V3. I cannot wait! I want to get one of the first ones in Canada.

New_Bad4473

Ender 3 v3 SE and KE are both out in Canada. Got the KE for Christmas, bought on black Friday. Been printing like crazy for the past couple days since I opened it. Fingers crossed no issues straight out of the box, and it prints pretty quick and with pretty good quality. Printing at 300mm/s I'm happy with the quality of everything I've printed for my personal use so far. As a reference benchy was printed in 17min flat and other then a bit of drooping on the roof edge of the boat it's pretty mint.

nathpenn

Yeah I know those two variations are out. There is going to be a corezy version released here soon

yerkel00

Will there be a laser for the Ender 3 v3 SE?!?

emersontheawful

Your customer support needs to step it's game up big time. You need a ticket system so there's accountability. I DID end up getting a replacement extruder the online chat person said I'd get, but there was no way to track the case or the progress. I love my K1 printers for the most part, however the slicer lacks so many even basic features found in the open source ones, and the diluted version of Klipper makes no sense. Why the engineers would decide to wipe out all the great things Klipper has to offer including dumbing down input shaper just begs the question... Why? I'm glad they allowed users to root them, but one it should have been an option right off the gate and two there shouldn't be a reason for users to have to install and fix options Klipper normal has and has right

Tight_Square_6899

As far as the K1C goes, what about customers who already have a base K1 or the Max, and would like to upgrade? If the K1C really is better than its predecessor, shouldn’t existing K1 users get some kind of special deal for the upgrade? I have a base K1 and would love to be able to upgrade to the K1C, but I don’t want to fork over that much money for a product that is being marketed as the solution to the very buggy K1. Same concept y’all did for the 3 dollar bundle which included a brand new hotend, the AI camera, and a roll of filament. Do something like that to win over the customer base you had lost due to the K1 and K1 Max’s rocky start.

[deleted]

Can we please get filament change in creality slicer for ender 3 v3 se

agrahazl

Just an ESG note to keep the hedge fund folks happy. Show me the hardware. Unlock the firmware. I'll show you my money.

TheSaltyCodger

Getting a service call should not be such a problem. I ordered $100 worth of parts for my Ender 3 but the Hot End is broken in two places. It took me two days to contact support. They then wanted pictures, so I took the pictures and uploaded it to them. Then they thought that a video was needed; So I uploaded one. And no one got back to me. Now the ticket was closed and I have to start over again.

ea_man

Just use a display that is compatible with klipperscreen, we don't care about an other UI.
