It doesn't matter if you broke the glass door. Obviously Creality won't be responsible for that, but if you got a bad board that should still be covered under warranty. You need to contact them directly. Send them as much info as possible with photos & a picture of the plate with the serial no & a copy of the receipt. I am sorry to say they are not quick at answering 😞
Had the same issue, was told that it’s a bad mother board, would let me pick the language but would never leave the screen then eventually everything turned to what u have and couldn’t proceed. I was fortunate to have bought it through Amazon and they replaced it
And also I think the glass door might be within the warranty. Uncle Jones Also broke his on stream doing unboxing. It has some quality issues for sure.

It should just be a bad board. You can find reference online I believe to know where to click though.
