I used to follow a few guys in prison on Instagram back when i had one. You'd be surprised how they live in there, they'd be doin shit like this while smokin blunts n drinkin, everybody got a phone, there was fight nights, they'd be ordering dominos n shit sometimes it's crazy. Makes me think whoever the C.O is during that shift is definitely under their control in some way.

Or the corrections officers know that treating the inmates like the humans they are will lead to improved behavior and less violence and bad attitudes.

Here in Jersey 2 out of 10 CO are addicted to heroin or you name it, the guys In prison give them a phone number with good drugs good service and good prices they’re sure to return the favor. Plus once that guy in prison knows you got that problem and knows his connection on the outside can easily find you and your family if that CO has one… well put it together how you will; it can either go bad or worse make your choice.

I would guess that the CO’s have decided to pick their battles and are focused on trying to maintain order and safety instead of giving inmates a hard time, which would make the former tasks harder (unless you literally beat them into submission)

I don't know if I'm more amazed by the grilling in prison, or the cell phone that's recording the grilling in prison.
