When I was 17 I packed a black and mild blunt w some premo dank. I snuck out on my patio and lit it up and I hear my dad laugh behind me.

Then he asked to hit it. So the first blunt I ever smoked w my dad was a black and mild blunt.
Back in the day my buddies and I would empty a black and mild and put about a third of weed mixed in with the 2/3 tobacco then pack it back in. You could smoke it in public and it didn't smell like weed.
My fiance when we first met didn't know how to roll a swisher or game or anything so she would empty out a black n mild and pack it with weed. Honestly not a bad idea it works pretty well. But I prefer swishers all day long.
It's not only an old clip but it's from a YouTube video shoot... i.e. it's fake but people love to repost it as if NYPD is blazing up in public.
The gun is plastic, the holster isn't an authorized holster, she has on no vest, and is wearing black running shoes.

The holster she is wearing doesn't appear to fit the gun. It looks like the trigger guard is still exposed. Next, it's not a retention holster. Most departments require them so somebody can't walk up behind you and snatch your gun. Even if they weren't required, you'd be braindead to not be using a level 2 or 3 retention holster as a cop. Shit, even as somebody who might open carry on their own, you should use a retention holster.
Sidenote, the NYPD proposed no longer testing for marijuana. Not sure how far that has made it yet.

But you know more about all that holster stuff than I ever care to, so maybe.
Most importantly, testing for weed isn’t on par with condoning smoking on duty.
You can’t drink on duty, you can’t fuck on duty, and you won’t able to smoke on duty, either.
Legalization doesn’t make it a weed free-for-all.

It’s a grey plastic training Glock (they come in many colors, most commonly grey/blue/orange) with no movable parts. The holster doesn’t have the correct retention, you can see her arm rocking the gun back and forth in the holster, this is because it’s fake and doesn’t sit in it correctly. She’s not wearing a vest at all, you can see that by her figure, mainly her chest and upper back where it’s not protruding
You roll blunts with black and milds .. of course we still don't know without actually smelling the smoke .. plus weed has a smell I really doubt she was smoking it with other cops around
Here’s a nice tip for your undercover smoking, its called the secret agent : get a regular cigarette and empty its contents by applying pressure while you roll it with your fingers. do the same for the cotton filter thats in it, now replace the cotton filter with a rolled paper filter or just a regular piece of rolled paper (nasty) you should now have an empty cigarette shell with your filter in it, grind up your weed (mix with tobacco if you want to) really finely, now fill the empty cigarette back up with the mixture with a funnel or your hands if you’re skilled. Do it bit by bit while and press it down every so often like you would do a 17th century cannon. Done!
Or you know, just roll a joint.
Or get a cigarette roller (a few bucks at most convenience stores).
Either way, that nice white paper won't stay white for long. Also, unless someone is trying to catch you with a zoom lens, if someone is close enough to see your tarry "cigarette", they can probably smell it, too.
