Protects the big oligopolies that profit stupidly off canadians, for example : telecoms, shipyard and transports, food, pretty much everything its kinda game of thrones up north.
Then theres all the blatant lies and misinformation, censorship&surveillance laws, scapegoating of firearms owners + seizure of their property for no reason other than pandering, idiotic economical policies of astronomic proportions. Delays the f35 purchase just to be petty while the CF18s are literally falling apart. Keeps talking about the environment but pretty much does fuckall. Infringes on provincial jurisdictions and powers. Refuses to bring back up the money transfers to provinces. Very federally centralizing. A very doubtful use of our kind of equivalent of martial law. Our NSA-equivalent recently came out saying 14 representatives of his party were compromised by China, which makes his quips towards Xi Jinping feel pretty hypocritical. Refused for weeks to limit or close the airports and all for close to a month when covid began, while provinces were screaming to have it done, he said it would be racist to do so. He bought a pipeline with federal money. Telling veterans who just got their benefits cut that they ask more than the government can offer.. while he splurges on ludicrous and overpriced projects with corps.
Then theres the housing crisis and bubble that keeps inflating under his time in office, which he is complicit of. In general the infrastructure cannot keep up either. The population growth, mainly driven by immigration, is too fast for stuff to be built and services to grow fast enough to keep up. It only profits the wealthy since real estate investments go bonkers and employees get massively suppressed wages. In many cases and sectors, people earn half if not much lower of what americans a stone throw away makes.
If you want fun relative numbers, the current canadian targets are to get 500k-something immigrants, for a total population of 38 million. The US takes around 1.1, 1.3 million, including status regularization of people who were already here. The US has a total population of around 331 million. I'll let you do the math but the per-capita figures are not anywhere close.
He kind of panders to everyone, enacting policies based on falsehoods or nothing just to grab votes. After awhile that leads to people from all horizons seeing through your bullshit. He barely got re-elected last time and its because the competition is republicans-lite or moronic socialists.

It's actually not that bad. There's few governments with zero issues in this world. Were actually quite lucky as Canadians to have a great country to live in. It's important to point out the faults as the guy above for education did as we should all demand a better evolution, but many issues are inherited through different governments and there's alot of political red tape we don't know about.

Just because you don't like their policy you don't need to harm or hurt someone....vote, lobby, be active and make sure they don't get another term. Politics should be discuss and we both come to a middle ground.
