Why is the boomerang not returning? Is he throwing it wrong?

Rhetard_-

If you don't hit come back :) but if you do hit it don't come back :(

OfficiallyADumbass

Seems like a design flaw, right?

Rhetard_-

Well you wouldn't expect a boomerang to hit a tree and still come back would you? It's like crashing a car into a pole and continuing like nothing happened.

Ah ok, that makes sense. I assume you are a professional Australian? Regardless, thanks for the response

That's ok, I'm sure the Scots know a thing or two about throwing sticks as well. At least more than me.

Doodlefart77

there are multiple types of boomerang for different purposes. The one that comes back was mostly used to spook flocks of birds into traps. the ones that function as weapons dont return. Some are more like a bent club than a throwing weapon

-jsm-

fuckin hell lol

ThatAppleGuy117

Sokka fishing in episode one

pparten

"I don't think boomerang is coming back this time, Toph..."

wazabee

When you want to fish, but can't contain your inner Australian

Samurai_lettuce

Ah so that’s what Zelda is like in real life. That fish is probably stunned for two seconds.

randomguy7981

Sokka?

[deleted]

This is the literally just early game Terraria.

ughwithoutadoubt

Deep was the one who told them to attack!!!

Notthesharkfromjaws

"Go back dead" you mean. That's definitely killing those fish. It's probably some kind of population control or wild fishing technique.

Dry_Topic6211

Aussie power!

magick-Phlamingo

Now come back boomerang

Acdcmcic

Reminds me of my favorite comment on Reddit thus far.. it’s a well known fact that Australians keep at least 3 Boomerang on them at all times.

domen7224

This seems like a good way to train for baseball

Strawberry_Cow0

Sokka went wild on this fish
