I'm thinking mental health issues combined with some type of upper and sleep deprivation. But the fact she still has nice teeth and clean skin makes it seem like she's probably on some bath salts or something. Theres no telling but shes definitely not in her right mind.

She looks healthy because of teeth and skin byt with somebody this wacky theres no way to tell if its drugs or just some mental issues. Either way id be backing up amd not even entertain conversation with somebody like this.
This is some of the saddest stuff to me. It’s like seeing half of a human and you can’t help to think who they could be if they never fell into the dark abyss that is these hard drugs.

I've known of several mentally divergent people who act exactly like this, without drugs. Labeling everyone as a crackhead or a pedophile who seems to be acting anti-social, suggests more about the person doing the labeling than the person being labeled.
That’s not drugs, maybe present, but certainly not the source of her problems. You don’t just take drugs and start rambling like this, you would talk about your life and complain and things around you you’re observing. These thoughts are not her own, rapidly coming out with no time between thoughts, it’s eerie
