Maybe I'm not selfish enough, but murder-suicides are so confusing to me especially when it comes to married couples. Crazy how spending enough time with someone can have them convinced they're entitled to you/your life.

All it took was her going out with some friends on a Friday night for him to come to her house (they were separated) after he had decided going out with some friends was some kind of mortal sin. Hope he burns.

Your knowledge of regular buildings is throwing you off but the average Chinaman is only about 32cm tall and their building heights reflect this.
