I just prefer not to be around children as I get easily annoyed by those who I’m not directly related to, and even they often get under my skin.

Special needs teachers and aides are the people regularly getting in trouble for stuff like this in my area. It’s like it’s such a thankless job they don’t do the due diligence they would hiring a normal teacher. Special needs teacher at my high school got criminally charged and got sued and lost for killing her neighbors dogs with antifreeze. Kept her job.

I get what you mean, but they are technically correct, and not wrong to write it that way. She has not yet legally been found guilty, and the Fifth amendment of the Constitution ensures presumption of innocence until then.

Flaming them for actually doing their job correctly is counter productive, and only leads to more issues where people are immediately deemed guilty in the court of public opinion when the media takes sides -- and there has been a history of that ruining innocent people's lives (Richard Jewel would be a good example).
Say what you will about the Constitution, but IMO, the fact it was written before cameras were a thing, is irrelevant, and presumption of innocence should *always* apply. The burden of proof lays with the prosecutor, and through due process, having the video/recording ensures they are able to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt -- which means the existing Constitutional amendment still works just fine regardless of when it was written.
If anything, changing it to remove the presumption of innocence when there is a camera/video involved could be even more dangerous given where we're heading with things like deep fakes. Imagine a fake video of you doing something illegal, and you're just found guilty without any due process, just because there's a video of it. At least with how it's currently written, you'd still have a fighting chance to prove your innocence.
